As a big-boobed girl, since before everyone else had them, I love my big boobs. Now, granted it’s a little funny to look at, but for us big-boobed ladies who are stomach sleepers (or who at least try to be) ComfyBreasts can be used when you’re lying face down and sleeping. Breathing into my pillows (my actual pillows) never sounded so appealing. I’m so getting this one.
2. On your back and with a wedge pillow
As a big-boobed lady who suffers from acid reflux as well, which although there is no direct correlation between both, I sleep with a wedge pillow. Not only is it extremely comfortable and tilts you slightly upright, it just feels good while you sleep.
Laying on your back is also one of the best positions that we (meaning, us big boobs!) can sleep in. It takes pressure off your back and we’re also not smushing our boobs at the same time. If you really want to have fun with this and add extra comfort, get an additional wedge pillow to prop your feet up. You’ll really never want to leave your bed now (as if it weren’t already hard enough).
If you can’t get a pillow, sleeping on your back is still one of your best options.
3. On your side but with a pregnancy pillow
Bear with me on this. Those pillows are damn comfortable and newsflash: during pregnancy your boobs get enormous. So for those of us that already have enormous boobs and lower back problems (which also happens during pregnancy) and whom are side sleepers, this an amazing comfort option. They also double as a partner-re-placer (it’s cool to hug a pillow and be supported at the same time!).
There are also breast pillows that sit between your breasts, preventing them from moving around and together too much, easing smush and even helping in preventing breast/chest wrinkles, which I didn’t know about until very recently.

Your daughter may be eligable for breast reduction, but only when she turns 18yo. And this can only be done if her breast really are too large for her to handle and cause various health problems for her such as a sore back and neck. For now, since she is only 12yo, make sure you buy her extremely good and supportive bra’s. Don’t skimp on money when it comes to a good bra for her as she will really need a lot of support for those large breasts. Take care 🙂

Yes, I understand her embarrassment but wait til she attains the age of 18. Then if necessary she can have a breast reduction surgery. Maybe by then, it may look natural for her too, so hang on till she is 18 and then decide. Yes, at present a Sports bra will be comfortable for her.
The only way to decrease the breast size is through surgery, called a breast reduction.
